To ensure the best use of our software, we provide extensive training on all our products. Initial on-site system training and installation are included in the system set-up fee and numerous system users can be trained at the same time.

We are continuously working to meet the needs and demands of our clients. As a result, we have even expanded our training options to include web-based training.

Classes are offered for new users and existing users who want either beginning or advanced customized training. Training is designed for all users, including Systems Administrators, Claim Managers, Claim Adjusters, Administrative Assistants and Risk Managers.
