Gregory J. Hummer, M.D. - President and CEO

Dr. Hummer, President and CEO of PBM, founded the company in 1998 in response to the changing needs of the WCOMP marketplace. PBM launched its Internet-based workers' compensation cost containment software solution, Claims Advantage™, in October 1998 and has since been offering innovative online solutions to the nation's largest insurance companies, third party administrators, bill review companies and employers.

John J. Guiher, C.P.A., M.B.A. - Senior Vice President and CTO

Mr. Guiher oversees the development and implementation of PBM software applications. Guiher brings 20 years of software development and consulting experience in the medical, financial, and manufacturing industries to the Application Service Provider Industry.

Mr. Guiher spends the majority of his time working with clients developing solutions, and identifying strategic partnerships. He is responsible for defining and implementing corporate strategy and is a catalyst for continuous change in the organization, anticipating the needs of customers and providing innovative technology solutions.

Prior to PBM, Mr. Guiher spent five years with Ernst & Young where he was a Manager in the Consulting Services Group. Mr. Guiher's experience also includes having been the MIS director for an Urgent Care Organization with locations across the country.

Matthew J. Parnin - IT Director and Vice President Client Services

Mr. Parnin administers all IT operations. These tasks include managing networks, server operations and internal support. Mr. Parnin manages our Client Services Support Team and all customer related issues. Mr. Parnin is Instrumental in maintaining client relationships both onsite and online.
